Our Mission

Dance is something that everyone can enjoy and feel comfortable doing in front of an audience. Dance is something that can be learned, perfected, and re-taught; therefore, Avant Garde offers multiple classes to assist students down their path to a future dancing career.

Avant Garde's Competitive Program is a rigorous training program that seeks perfection and exquisite lines. Competitive Programs instill discipline, compassion, humbleness, and comradery. Competitive Program Students are typically dancers wanting to either get a scholarship and pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts or a Professional Career in Dance.

However, not all dancers are looking for a future in dance as a career. Avant Garde understands this, so students can also choose to take fun and interactive Recreational Classes!

We are closely involved with the Ennis Community. Avant Garde hosts several fundraiser events throughout the year and participates in several community and local charity events.

Avant Garde also accepts donations and works very hard to acquire Sponsorship from local organizations to give more students the ability to pursue their dreams.

Regardless of the path our students choose, Avant Garde will work very closely with them to ensure they are in the class that makes the most sense for them. We will always try to show them new things and encourage them to do more.

We provide each student with the best possible training to push them into their future in the Arts.
